DJ Jose

Probably the most well known urban DJ in Madrid, he has been playing Hip Hop at the biggest clubs in the city since the early 1990’s. He’s the warm up DJ of choice for all the major International artists and Djs that visit Madrid, and has shared the stage with Method Man, Daddy Yankee, Pit bull, Mario, Grandmaster Flash and Destinys Child to name just a few. Jhose became the Official EV DJ at all of its events in 2004 and after leaving his post at los 40 principales Radio in 2005 started the European Vibe Radio Show with DJ Fönk in 2006.

DJ Tai

Since leaving his native France in 2003 Tai has taken the Madrid urban scene by storm. Quickly gaining a reputation at some of the city’s prominent urban sessions he was picked up to be a regular resident EV DJ in 2004 and has rapidly become a favourite with the European vibe members. With a musical knowledge that spans decades and a record collection to match, whether you’re old or new school Tai will be spinning something for you.

DJ Fonk

The young madileño is fast gaining a name for himself both in Madrid and nationally. He’s the Dj of the urban outfit ‘Madrid Pimps’ who have recently released an album containing collaborations with both US and European Hip Hop artists. Fönk has been a resident DJ at EV parties since 2004 and now co-hosts the European Vibe Radio show with DJ Jhose, as well as producing an innovative Urban.

DJ Truplaya

Tru Playa is based in Bristol, Uk and is one of the regions finest Urban DJs, he’s a former winner of the UK Asian DJ awards and arrived in Madrid carrying a big reputation. As well as holding residencies throughout the UK he is also a Sony BMG official DJ and responsible for many of their urban record launches. Having first been introduced to European Vibe representatives in 2005 he has since become an overseas resident DJ for the company and a regular at EV sessions.

DJ Cosy O

Originally from London, but now based in Valencia, Cosy O debuted at a European Vibe event in late 2005. He has been pioneering Valencias Hip Hop scene for years and is the resident DJ at many of the coastal city’s urban nights. Although the latest to join the EV DJ crew, he has become an instant hit and his monthly residency is one of the most keenly anticipated events on the European vibe calendar.
